Method of preparation:

  1. Fry the bacon in a pan over medium heat for 10 minutes or until crispy. Then transfer it to paper towels to absorb excess fat.
  2. Once cool, cut it into small pieces and set aside.
  3. To prepare the egg tacos *, beat the eggs in a bowl with the cooking cream. Season with hot red pepper, chopped fresh onion, salt and pepper to taste, stir.
  4. Melt the ghee butter in a pan, then pour the egg mixture. Rotate the pan so that the mixture is evenly distributed.
  5. Place a lid on the pan and let it cook for about 2 minutes.
  6. Carefully transfer the egg tacos from the pan to a plate using a spatula.

  • 60 ml homemade keto mayonnaise
  • 4 g of fresh coriander or parsley

For egg tacos:

  • 4 eggs
  • 28 g of ghee or coconut oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. To prepare the egg tacos, beat the eggs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Heat a medium-sized skillet and allow the butter to melt slowly over medium heat.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into the pan and cook until browned. Turn to bake on the other side (optional).
