The recipe is for 12 keto muffins with dark chocolate. The carbohydrate content in a muffin is about 9 g.

Necessary products:

  • 400 g almond flour
  • 50 g of cocoa powder
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 50 ml of coconut oil, melted
  • 50 g of steviol powder
  • 100 dark chocolate with steviola

Execution of the recipe for keto muffins with dark chocolate:

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Prepare the muffin tins / pan by greasing the tins with butter of your choice.
  • In a bowl, mix the almond flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda.
  • Add the coconut oil, steviola powder and eggs. Mix well.
  • Melt the chocolate with the steviol and add it to the mixture. Stir until homogeneous.
