Keto muffins with dark chocolate
The recipe is for 12 keto muffins with dark chocolate. The carbohydrate content in a muffin is about 9 g.
- 400 g almond flour
- 50 g of cocoa powder
- 3 eggs
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 50 ml of coconut oil, melted
- 50 g of steviol powder
- 100 dark chocolate with steviola
Execution of the recipe for keto muffins with dark chocolate:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Prepare the muffin tins / pan by greasing the tins with butter of your choice.
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda.
- Add the coconut oil, steviola powder and eggs. Mix well.
- Melt the chocolate with the steviol and add it to the mixture. Stir until homogeneous.
- Distribute the mixture in the muffin tins and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
