Necessary products:

  • 150 g liquid cream

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp mint extract
  • 1 ½ steviola powder
  • 100 ml of brewed coffee
  • Ice cubes

For decoration:

  • 50 ml of liquid cream, whipped into snow
  • Fresh mint leaves

Preparation:

  1. Put the cream and chocolate in a bowl on medium heat and melt them, stirring constantly.
  2. Reduce heat and add cocoa, mint extract, steviola and brewed coffee.
  3. Stir until homogeneous.
  4. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.

  • 2 tablespoons steviola powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons MCT coconut oil (optional)
