Necessary products:

  • 240 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 240 ml cooking cream
  • 50-75 g steviol powder or erythritol
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 340 g caulifiole rice
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

Method of preparation:

  1. Place a saucepan on medium heavy fire.
  2. Pour the unswatch almond milk, cooking cream, stevioles and vanilla extract. Stir ingredients.
  3. Once the mixture starts simmer, add the caulifoe rice.
  4. Leave to simmer for 10 minutes without covering with a lid, then remove the pot of the hotplate.

Chocolate keto milk with rice

If you want to make chocolate keto milk with rice use cocoa powder.

  • 480 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 50-60 g and 2 p. L. Steviol powder
  • 160 g caulifiole rice
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 40 g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • Chocolate with stevia for serving

Method of preparation:

  1. Put a small saucepan on average heavy fire. Pour unswovering almond milk into it and wait to boil.
