  • 55 g of keto mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 4 keto burgers
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 120 g of bacon, thinly sliced
  • 60 g of lettuce
  • Fresh basil
  • 40 g cucumbers
  • 120 g tomatoes, cut into 4 slices
  • 85 g of cheddar cheese, cut into 4 pieces

  1. Prepare burgers sauce by mixing homemade keto mayonnaise, tomato paste and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and stir.

Assembling the keto burger:

  1. Cut the keto burgers in the middle. Grease them with melted butter and bake in a hot pan for about a minute or until browned and crispy.
  2. Spread each loaf with about 2 teaspoons of keto burgers sauce.
  3. Place on top a few slices of cucumber, chopped lettuce and fresh basil leaves.

  6. Garnish with 2 pieces of bacon and close the burger with keto bread.
